Dining out

Last night, Vicki served up some delicious food. She made, from scratch, whole wheat pita, hummus, baba ganoush, tabouleh, and Israeli couscous. It was delicious. Whole wheat pita! Nevertheless, it all required lots of time in the kitchen, so tonight we went out. Went to dinner at Fuel, which we had heard had some wonderful vegan options. We split their vegan nachos and a falafel burger - and felt like we could probably do better at home. Except that defeats the whole purpose, right? So City Silo is still on our plus list, as is RP Tracks. Fuel, probably not. Any of you want to suggest someplace wonderful for our next "hot date?"
